I. Product Overview

The CYZ-A self-priming centrifugal oil pump is a product developed by digesting, absorbing, and improving upon relevant domestic and international technical data. It is an ideal choice for the petroleum industry, onshore oil depots, and tanker trucks. It is also suitable for marine applications such as cargo oil pumps, bilge pumps, ballast pumps, and machinery cooling water circulation systems. It handles petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aviation fuel, etc.) as well as seawater and fresh water, operating within a medium temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. For the transport of chemical liquids, the pump can be fitted with a corrosion-resistant mechanical seal.

II. Product Features

1. This pump is of the self-priming type, featuring simple construction, ease of operation, stable performance, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life, and strong self-priming capability. No foot valve is required in the pipeline; one simply needs to ensure a specific amount of priming liquid remains in the pump casing before operation. When used on oil tankers or water transport vessels, it can also serve as a stripping pump with excellent stripping performance.

2. The pump is precision-manufactured using high-quality materials and utilizes a durable cemented carbide mechanical seal. There is no need to install a safety valve on the discharge line or a foot valve on the suction line, thereby simplifying the piping system and improving working conditions.
