I. Applications

CDLK/CDLKF pumps are designed for conveying machine tool coolants and lubricants, condensate, and fluids in industrial cleaning equipment and other immersion-pump applications. They accommodate various temperature, flow, and pressure ranges; CDLK is suitable for non-corrosive liquids, while CDLKF is suitable for mildly corrosive liquids. Specific applications include EDM machines, lathes, grinders, machining centers, cooling units, industrial cleaning equipment, and filtration systems.

II. Operating Conditions

Thin, clean, non-explosive liquids free of solid particles and fibers; suitable for conveying water, aqueous cooling solutions, and cutting lubricants.

Liquid temperature: Standard version -15°C to +70°C; Hot water version +70°C to +120°C.

III. Pump

CDLK/CDLKF pumps are non-self-priming multistage centrifugal pumps equipped with standard electric motors. The motor shaft connects directly to the pump shaft via a coupling through the pump head. Pumps can be fitted with an optional intelligent protector to provide effective protection against dry running, phase loss, and overload. To meet specific installation depth requirements for tanks or containers, empty chambers can be installed to adjust the pump length; please refer to the dimensions/weight tables and product range tables for lengths corresponding to different stage counts.

Single-phase motors available in the 0.37–2.2 kW range. V. Maximum Ambient Temperature:

When the pump operates at an ambient temperature above 40°C or an altitude exceeding 1,000m, the motor output power (P2) will decrease due to reduced air density and poorer cooling efficiency. A motor with a higher power rating is required for operation under these conditions.
