I. Product Overview

The FYS series fluoroplastic submerged pump is a new type of corrosion-resistant submerged pump developed by Shanghai Shenyin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. using advanced fluoroplastic manufacturing technology. Designed to operate with the pump body submerged within the liquid storage vessel, it eliminates the need for a foot valve for priming. It features a rational structure, stable operation, and excellent corrosion resistance.

The pump's wetted parts are constructed from corrosion-resistant materials such as fluoroplastic alloys (e.g., F46, PVDF) or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Capable of long-term transfer of various strong acids, strong alkalis, salt solutions, and organic solvents, it is an ideal pumping solution for industries such as chemical processing, environmental protection, electroplating, and pickling.

II. Product Features

Submerged Installation

The pump body is installed directly inside the liquid container.

Advantages include: no need for priming, easy startup, stable suction performance, and reliable operation.

Minimal Mechanical Sealing

The submerged structural design reduces the risk of shaft seal leakage and enhances equipment safety, making it particularly suitable for handling hazardous chemical media.
