I. Product Overview

The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards, incorporating advanced non-metallic pump technology. The pump body features a metal casing lined with fluoroplastic, and all wetted parts are constructed from fluoroplastic alloys; components such as the pump cover and impeller are formed by integrally sintering and molding fluoroplastic over metal inserts. An advanced externally mounted bellows mechanical seal is utilized, featuring a stationary ring made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride) and a rotating ring made of PTFE-filled material, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and sealing performance. Both the inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance pressure resistance. Practical application demonstrates that this pump offers numerous advantages, including corrosion and wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, resistance to aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, a sophisticated and rational structure, reliable sealing, ease of disassembly and maintenance, and a long service life.

A standout feature is its self-priming capability, allowing it to pump liquids located below the pump's installation level. It offers stable performance and simple operation; while initial priming is required before the first use, subsequent operations do not require re-priming—the pump can simply be started directly. The self-priming lift ranges from 2 to 4 meters, depending on the medium's density, making it an excellent alternative to bulky, conventional pumps.

III. Main Applications

With wetted parts made entirely of fluoroplastic and the inclusion of self-priming functionality, the FZB pump is suitable for a wide range of applications. Examples include transferring corrosive liquids from underground tanks to a destination, pumping acids or alkalis from tanks that lack bottom outlets, circulating fluids between multiple acid tanks, and acid unloading operations.
