FY Vertical Immersion Pump

I. Product Overview

The FY series submersible pump is a new type of pump manufactured by our company based on traditional corrosion-resistant submersible pumps and incorporating advanced technology from similar products from Sulzer, Switzerland. This pump eliminates the mechanical seal commonly used in other submersible pumps and employs a uniquely structured impeller, emphasizing operational efficiency, energy saving, leak-free operation, and an exceptionally long service life. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, and wastewater treatment.

II. Product Features

1. The pump is a vertical submersible pump with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is directly installed on the storage container of the transported medium, requiring no additional floor space and reducing infrastructure investment.

2. The elimination of the mechanical seal solves the problem of frequent maintenance required due to the easy wear of mechanical seals in other submersible pumps, saving operating costs and improving work efficiency.

3. It adopts a unique centrifugal double-balanced impeller for transporting clean media without solid particles, resulting in extremely low vibration and noise and high operating efficiency; and an open double-balanced impeller for transporting unclean liquids containing solid particles and short fibers, ensuring smooth operation and preventing clogging.

4. Maximum operating temperature: 400℃.
