I. Product Overview

It is primarily used to maintain pressure and provide supplementary pressure for fire hydrant systems and automatic sprinkler systems.

The equipment consists of a pressure-maintaining pump, a pneumatic tank, a control cabinet, pressure sensors, piping accessories, and an automatic control system. By automatically monitoring pressure fluctuations in the piping network, it controls the start and stop of the pressure-maintaining pump, ensuring the fire-fighting network maintains the required pressure and keeping the fire-fighting system in a state of constant readiness.

II. Product Features

Automatic Pressure Maintenance

Utilizes automatic pressure control to monitor fire-fighting network pressure in real-time.

When system pressure drops: The pressure-maintaining pump starts automatically to restore pressure.

When system pressure returns to the set value: Operation stops automatically. This ensures the fire-fighting system maintains stable pressure over the long term.

Automatic Pressure Boosting

The equipment promptly compensates for pressure losses caused by factors such as leakage or temperature changes, ensuring the fire-fighting system is always capable of supplying water.

Energy-Efficient Operation

Employs a low-flow pressure maintenance method, operating automatically only when pressure drops, thereby reducing energy consumption and operating costs.

Dual-Pump Backup

IV. Working Principle

The equipment monitors the pressure of the fire-fighting network in real-time using pressure sensors. When the pipeline network pressure drops below the set value, the control cabinet automatically starts the pressure-stabilizing pump to replenish water and boost system pressure.

Once the pressure reaches the set value, the pressure-stabilizing pump stops automatically; a pneumatic tank stores pressure energy to maintain system pressure stability.

In the event of a fire, the main fire pump activates, the pressure-stabilizing equipment automatically exits its normal operating mode, and the main fire pump takes over the fire water supply task.
