I. Product Overview
The XBD-SYW series horizontal single-stage single-suction fire-fighting pump unit is designed to transport clear water (free of solid particles) and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is primarily used for pipeline pressurization and water delivery in fire-fighting systems. Additionally, it is widely applicable in industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressurization, long-distance water transport, HVAC circulation, boiler feed water, cooling circulation, and equipment integration.
The XBD-SYW horizontal fire-fighting pump features a horizontal end-suction centrifugal pump structure, characterized by stable operation, low vibration, high efficiency, and ease of maintenance. With a rational structural design and convenient installation and maintenance, it meets the requirements for long-term, stable operation in various fire-fighting water supply systems.
The performance and technical specifications of the XBD-SYW fire-fighting pump unit manufactured by our company comply with the latest national standard GB6245-2006 "Fire-fighting Pumps," as well as the mandatory product certification implementation rules (CNCA-C18-03:2014) and implementation details (CCCF-MHSB-08). The product has passed testing by the National Fire-fighting Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and has obtained the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) for fire-fighting products.

3. Utilizes advanced hydraulic model design for high operating efficiency, helping to reduce energy consumption while offering a wide performance range.
4. Uses a high-quality mechanical seal for the shaft, offering advantages such as wear resistance, zero leakage under normal conditions, and a long service life.
5. The pump casing is precision-cast from high-quality cast iron, providing high structural strength and strong pressure-bearing capacity.
6. Inlet and outlet flanges comply with national standards, facilitating on-site pipeline installation and system integration.
7. Easy maintenance: components such as the impeller and mechanical seal can be serviced without dismantling the piping. 8. Suitable for long-term standby and emergency start-up fire-fighting applications; offers high reliability.
