PW Centrifugal Sewage Pump

I. Product Overview

The PW and PWF series are single-stage, single-suction, overhung centrifugal sewage pumps. The suction inlet is oriented horizontally along the axis, while the discharge outlet can be configured horizontally or vertically as required. Key components include the pump cover, pump casing, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bearing bracket. The shaft seal utilizes an innovative double-end mechanical seal design. The pump and motor are mounted on a common baseplate and directly driven by the motor via a flexible coupling. These pumps offer advantages such as high operating efficiency, significant energy savings, smooth operation, reliable performance, and ease of maintenance.

II. Applications

1. PW Standard Sewage Pump: Suitable for transporting sewage, as well as wastewater containing suspended solid particles, long-fiber materials, and domestic effluent. The pump casing is made of high-quality cast iron, and the medium temperature must not exceed 100°C.

2. PWF Corrosion-Resistant Sewage Pump: Suitable for transporting acidic, alkaline, or otherwise corrosive sewage. Widely used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, light industry, food processing, pharmaceuticals, brewing, environmental protection, and wastewater treatment. The pump casing and flow-path components are made of 304 stainless steel, and the medium temperature must not exceed 100°C.
