I. Product Overview

The UHB-ZK corrosion- and wear-resistant slurry pump is a cantilevered, single-stage, single-suction pump featuring a steel casing lined with Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material represents the latest generation of corrosion- and wear-resistant engineering plastics, offering exceptional resistance to both corrosion and abrasion. The pump is suitable for handling media such as acids, alkalis, salts, strong oxidants, and organic solvents at temperatures below 100°C, with a solids content (including both hard and soft particles) of up to 40%.

II. Design Features

The UHB-ZK series is specifically designed to transport corrosive media containing fine particles or crystals. Manufactured using a steel-lined UHMWPE compression molding process, the pump offers outstanding corrosion and wear resistance. It features a cantilevered, front-opening structure and a semi-open impeller (without a front shroud), which enhances flow passage and allows particles and impurities to pass quickly through the pump chamber without causing clogs. The shaft seal utilizes a K-type fluororubber sealing ring equipped with an external cooling water jacket, effectively meeting the dual requirements of corrosion and wear resistance.

This series is highly acclaimed in industries such as metal smelting, titanium dioxide production, fine chemicals, and fertilizers. Additionally, fluoroplastic linings can be used to meet specific corrosion or temperature requirements, and non-standard models with custom flow rates and heads can be manufactured upon request.
