I. Product Overview

The YW series non-clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation product developed by combining advanced foreign technology with the specific operational characteristics of domestic pumps. It features reduced energy consumption, anti-tangling and non-clogging capabilities, as well as automatic installation and control functions. It is exceptionally effective at handling media containing solid particles and long-fiber debris.

This series utilizes a unique impeller design and a new type of mechanical seal to efficiently transport fluids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional impellers, the impeller here employs a single- or dual-channel configuration—resembling a curved pipe with a uniform cross-section—which ensures excellent flow characteristics. When paired with a well-designed volute casing, this results in high operating efficiency; furthermore, the impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests to minimize vibration during operation.

II. Product Features

1. Features a unique single- or dual-vane impeller structure that significantly enhances debris-handling capacity; it can effectively pass fibrous materials up to five times the pump inlet diameter and solid particles with diameters up to approximately 50% of the inlet diameter.

2. The mechanical seal utilizes a new, hard, corrosion-resistant tungsten-titanium material, enabling safe, continuous operation for over 8,000 hours.

3. The unit features a compact, space-saving design with low noise levels and energy-efficient operation. It is easy to maintain and requires no dedicated pump house—simply submerging it in the liquid allows it to operate—thereby significantly reducing construction costs.

4. Compact structure, small footprint, easy portability, and simple installation.

5. Can be equipped with an automatic liquid level control cabinet to manage pump start/stop cycles based on fluid level changes; this eliminates the need for manual monitoring and ensures great convenience.

6. Vertical structure; the pump body is submerged during operation, ensuring easy startup and eliminating air-locking or priming issues. It is leak-proof and capable of operating at depths of up to 15 meters.

7. Advanced and reliable shaft connection; the pump and motor are linked via a coupling, and the pump shaft is precision-engineered to ensure smooth operation with an ample safety margin.

8. Available in single-pipe and dual-pipe installation configurations, with support options including round or square mounting plates to suit various requirements. III. Main Applications

Suitable for conveying sewage and waste containing particles in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, mining, papermaking, cement, steelmaking, power generation, and coal processing, as well as in municipal sewage treatment plant drainage systems, municipal engineering projects, and construction sites. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.
