I. Product Overview

The single-screw pump is a new type of pump operating on the principle of rotary positive displacement. Its primary working components are an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed bushing (stator).

Due to the unique geometric shapes of these two components, separate sealed cavities are formed. The medium flows via uniform axial displacement; internal flow velocity is low, the displacement volume remains constant, and pressure is stable, thereby preventing turbulence or agitation. Each pump stage delivers an output pressure of 0.6 MPa and a head of 60 m (for clean water), with a typical self-priming lift of 6 m. It is suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C (or up to 150°C with special requirements).

As the stator is made from various elastic materials, this pump excels at handling high-viscosity fluids, as well as media containing hard suspended particles or fibers—tasks beyond the capabilities of standard pumps. Flow rate is directly proportional to rotational speed.

Drive options include direct coupling or variable-speed arrangements using variable-speed motors, V-belts, or gearboxes.

The pump features a compact, space-saving design with few parts, making maintenance easy. The rotor and stator are the primary wear parts; their simple construction facilitates quick assembly and disassembly.
