I. Product Overview
The PBG series canned-motor pipeline pump is a new product line developed to meet domestic market demands. It incorporates advanced international design and manufacturing technologies for canned-motor pumps, applying motor canning technology to the field of fluid transport.
The performance parameters of the PBG series generally comply with the ISO 2858 international standard and the JB/T 6878.2-93 national standard. Key features include standardized design, high interchangeability, rational structure, stable performance, low operating noise, and virtually vibration-free operation; it is an ideal replacement for conventional horizontal or vertical pipeline pumps.
II. Product Features
1. Compact, integrated pump-motor structure with a small footprint. Its vertical design saves installation space, ensures smooth operation, and requires no alignment adjustments during installation.
2. The inlet and outlet feature identical flange specifications and are aligned on the same centerline, allowing for direct pipeline installation (similar to a valve). The low center of gravity facilitates piping layout and makes installation particularly convenient.
3. The pump and motor share a common shaft; the short axial length contributes to smoother operation and lower noise levels.
4. Sliding bearings replace conventional rolling bearings, resulting in exceptionally smooth operation and minimal vibration and noise.
5. Convenient installation and maintenance: the entire rotor assembly can be removed for inspection and repair simply by unscrewing the connecting body nuts, without dismantling the piping system.
6. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow rate and head requirements.
III. Main Applications
1. The standard PBG canned-motor pipeline pump is designed to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for fluid temperatures up to 80°C. Applications include industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressure boosting for high-rise buildings, landscape irrigation, fire-fighting systems, long-distance fluid transport, HVAC circulation, hot and cold water circulation/boosting (e.g., for bathrooms), and as auxiliary equipment for larger systems. It is particularly well-suited for environments requiring low vibration and noise, such as underground pump rooms and air conditioning/refrigeration systems. 2. The PBG series hot-water canned motor inline pump is primarily designed for transporting soft water (free of solid particles) at temperatures up to 160°C. It is suitable for sectors such as energy, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, and papermaking, as well as for applications involving hot water circulation/pressurization in hotels, restaurants, and bathhouses, and circulation in municipal heating systems.
3. The PBG series anti-corrosion canned motor inline pump is designed for transporting corrosive liquids (free of solid particles) with viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.
