I. Product Overview
The FSB series fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump is designed according to international standards. The pump casing features a metal shell lined with FEP (F46), while the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are integrally molded by sintering fluoroplastic over metal inserts. It utilizes an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal; the stationary ring is made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride, and the rotating ring uses PTFE-based composite material, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance. It is suitable for transporting highly corrosive media under demanding conditions—including sulfuric, hydrochloric, acetic, hydrofluoric, and nitric acids, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents, and reducing agents—making it one of the most corrosion-resistant pieces of equipment available globally. Key advantages include a compact and rational structure, superior corrosion resistance, reliable sealing, stable operation, low noise, high mechanical strength, resistance to aging, no toxic decomposition, easy maintenance, smooth flow passages, high operating efficiency, and energy savings. It effectively eliminates leakage and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, acid and alkali production, smelting, rare earth processing, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, electronics (radio components and formed foils), scientific research, and national defense.
Our products are designed and optimized using computer-aided technology. Backed by strong technical expertise, extensive manufacturing experience, and comprehensive testing capabilities, we ensure consistent and reliable product quality.
