Technical Information
The information below is for reference. Final order data is subject to the technical agreement and product nameplate.
I. Product Overview
Fluoroplastics are among the world's premier corrosion-resistant materials. Our company utilizes these materials to manufacture the IGF series fluorine-lined pipeline pump. Designed by ingeniously combining a superior domestic hydraulic model with the performance parameters of the IS series pump—and building upon the foundation of a standard vertical pump—this product offers exceptional corrosion resistance. It serves as a viable alternative to precious metals and alloys such as 316L stainless steel and titanium, while also delivering high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and reliable performance.
II. Product Features
1. The pump features a vertical structure with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter aligned on the same centerline; it can be installed outdoors when equipped with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft. The bearing configuration is optimized to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring smooth running with minimal vibration and noise.
3. The shaft seal utilizes a combination of standard and particle-resistant mechanical seals; this wear- and corrosion-resistant design effectively extends the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow rate and head requirements.
III. Scope of Application
The IGF fluorine-lined pipeline pump is suitable for the long-term transport of acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, and other corrosive liquids of any concentration at temperatures ranging from -85°C to +200°C. It is widely used in sectors such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.
IV. Design Features
(1) The pump features a vertical structure with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter aligned on the same centerline, allowing it to be installed directly into the pipeline like a valve. It boasts a compact, attractive profile, a small footprint, and low construction costs; it can be used outdoors when fitted with a protective cover.
(2) The impeller is mounted directly onto the motor's extended shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The rational configuration of pump and motor bearings effectively balances radial and axial loads during operation, ensuring smooth performance with minimal vibration and noise. (3) The shaft seal utilizes a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals; features include titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and wear-resistant hard alloy sealing components, all of which effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
(4) Installation and maintenance are convenient; the entire rotor assembly can be withdrawn simply by removing the nuts from the pump's integrated mounting base, without the need to dismantle the piping system.
(5) The pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow rate and head requirements.
(6) Vertical or horizontal installation options are available to suit piping layout requirements.
