Technical Information
The information below is for reference. Final order data is subject to the technical agreement and product nameplate.
I. Product Overview
The SYGY-D integrated grease separation and lifting unit combines a grease separation chamber, collection tank, lifting pumps, and control system. It is designed for locations where grease-containing wastewater cannot be discharged by gravity after separation, such as basement kitchens, underground restaurants, hotels, canteens, commercial complexes, and civil-defense basement areas.
Compared with a standalone grease separator, the SYGY-D adds wastewater lifting capability, allowing treated wastewater to be pumped to the municipal drainage network or a designated discharge point. It is suitable for projects with insufficient drainage elevation, long discharge distance, or limited installation space.
II. Product Features
Integrated grease separation and lifting design reduces on-site installation complexity.
Suitable for basement and semi-basement kitchens where natural drainage is not available.
Tank layout, inlet and outlet direction, sludge removal, and inspection openings can be adapted to site conditions.
Liquid-level control, duty/standby pump operation, and alarm functions can be configured.
Compact layout for both new projects and renovation of existing kitchen drainage systems.
III. Main Applications
Used in hotel kitchens, commercial kitchens, school canteens, food courts, underground restaurants, staff canteens, and similar locations. The unit separates oil and grease first, then lifts the treated wastewater to the drainage network, reducing pipe blockage and maintenance pressure caused by grease accumulation.
IV. Selection and Installation Notes
Provide peak wastewater flow, discharge elevation, required lifting head, pipe diameter, installation dimensions, and maintenance space.
Leave enough room for inspection, sludge removal, oil removal, and pump maintenance.
Install a screen or filter upstream to reduce large debris entering the unit.
Check valves and shut-off valves are recommended on the pump discharge line.
For basement installations, consider ventilation, drainage channels, sump pits, and odor control.
V. Maintenance Recommendations
Regularly remove floating grease, sediment, and debris from the separation chamber, and inspect level controls, lifting pumps, check valves, and the electrical control system. In high-grease kitchens, shorten the cleaning interval to maintain separation efficiency and pump reliability.
