I. Product Overview
The SGYW-C integrated grease separation and sewage lifting unit is used where catering wastewater grease separation and wastewater lifting are required together. It can separate grease-containing kitchen wastewater and lift wastewater to the designated drainage system, making it suitable for hotels, restaurants, commercial complexes, school canteens, basement catering areas, and building service projects.
The unit is suitable for projects with insufficient drainage elevation, basement drainage difficulty, or centralized wastewater management requirements. Its integrated design reduces piping complexity and makes operation and maintenance more centralized.

Integrated grease separation, collection, and sewage lifting functions for complex basement drainage.
Can be installed above ground or in a pit according to site layout and pipe elevation.
Liquid level control and pump control can be configured to reduce manual operation.

III. Main Applications
Used in hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, schools, commercial buildings, basement restaurants, canteens, and catering kitchens. It allows grease-containing kitchen wastewater to be treated and lifted together with wastewater that requires pumped discharge.
IV. Installation and Selection Notes
Provide wastewater flow, grease wastewater source, whether toilet wastewater is connected, lifting height, and pipe length.
Reserve drainage channels, sump pits, or emergency drainage measures for maintenance and fault drainage.
For pit installation, consider access cover, ladder, cleaning space, and maintenance safety.
Vent pipes should be connected according to site conditions to reduce odor accumulation.
Install valves and residue interception at the inlet for easier maintenance.
V. Maintenance Recommendations
Regularly inspect grease separation area, collection area, lifting pumps, level controllers, check valves, and control cabinet. Increase oil and sludge cleaning frequency when grease load is high.
