I. Product Overview
The SYBH series fully automatic variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply system is a new generation of intelligent water supply equipment developed by Shanghai Shenyin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. It integrates advanced variable-frequency speed regulation, microcomputer control, and automation technologies. By monitoring pipeline network pressure in real-time, the system automatically adjusts the operating frequency and the number of active pumps to maintain constant supply pressure, ensuring high operational efficiency, energy savings, safety, reliability, and unattended operation.
The system automatically starts and stops pumps based on actual water demand—lowering the operating frequency during off-peak periods and increasing the number of active pumps during peak periods. This effectively avoids issues common to traditional water supply methods, such as significant pressure fluctuations, high energy consumption, and severe water hammer effects.
This product is widely used in residential complexes, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, industrial and mining enterprises, municipal water supply systems, and industrial circulating water systems.

Constant-Pressure Water Supply
Uses pressure sensors to monitor pipeline pressure in real-time and automatically adjusts the variable-frequency drive (VFD) output frequency via a PLC or dedicated controller to ensure stable supply pressure.

Supports single-pump supply, dual-pump rotation, three-pump coordinated operation, and multi-pump cyclic operation; pumps are automatically engaged or disengaged based on actual flow demand.

Includes protection against phase loss, overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, water shortage, and overpressure, as well as pump fault alarms, ensuring long-term stable operation.

Utilizes high-quality variable-frequency drives, electrical components, and control systems.
Offers advantages such as smooth starting, absence of water hammer impact, reduced motor wear, and extended service life. Intelligent Remote Monitoring (Optional)

IV. Working Principle
The equipment monitors the water supply network pressure in real-time via a pressure sensor.
The control system automatically adjusts the variable-frequency drive (VFD) output frequency based on pressure fluctuations to regulate pump speed.
When water demand increases: Pump speed increases or the number of operating pumps increases automatically.
When water demand decreases: Pump speed decreases or the number of operating pumps decreases automatically.
