Technical Information
The information below is for reference. Final order data is subject to the technical agreement and product nameplate.
I. Product Overview
The IHF is a single-stage, single-suction chemical centrifugal pump made of fluoroplastic alloy. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards, incorporating advanced processing techniques for non-metallic pumps. The pump casing features a metal shell lined with FEP (F46), while the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are constructed by molding fluoroplastic over metal inserts through a sintering process. The shaft seal utilizes PTFE-based filler materials, and both the inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel bodies.
II. Key Features
This pump offers numerous advantages, including corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, resistance to aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, an advanced and rational structure, reliable sealing performance, ease of disassembly and maintenance, and a long service life. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, electric power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food processing, and textiles. Capable of long-term operation within a temperature range of -85°C to 200°C, it handles highly corrosive media—such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents, and reducing agents—at any concentration. It stands as one of the world's premier pieces of corrosion-resistant equipment.
Our products are designed and optimized using computer-aided technology. Backed by strong technical expertise, extensive manufacturing experience, and comprehensive testing capabilities, we ensure consistent and reliable product quality.
