Technical Information
The information below is for reference. Final order data is subject to the technical agreement and product nameplate.
I. Product Features
The CQB-F series fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump features a leak-proof design that eliminates the need for shaft seals; it utilizes magnetic coupling for indirect drive, completely eliminating leakage issues and ensuring no pollution to the operating site.
The pump's wetted parts are constructed from "fluoroplastic alloy," allowing for the continuous transport of corrosive media—such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidizing agents at any concentration—without damage.
II. Working Principle
The drive mechanism employs a driving magnet coupling mounted directly onto the motor shaft. The pump chamber is fully enclosed, and the impeller (equipped with magnets) on the pump shaft is driven to rotate via magnetic coupling, resulting in a compact, safe, and energy-efficient structure.
The pump body features a robust and durable structure; while the wetted parts are made of fluoroplastic, the outer casing is metal, enabling the pump to withstand piping loads and mechanical impacts.
III. Main Applications
This product is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, automotive pickling processes, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, and radio electronics.
Operating temperature: -20°C to 100°C.
