CQG Magnetic Drive Pump

I. Product Overview With the modernization needs of my country's petrochemical plants, and to quickly adapt to equipment upgrades centered on energy conservation, our company has developed products manufactured according to the internationally advanced AP1610 standard. Recently, in collaboration with experts in the pump industry, we researched, explored, and invented the CQG series of high-temperature resistant magnetic drive pumps, reaching international advanced levels and filling a domestic gap.

II. Product Applications: High-temperature resistant magnetic drive pumps are used in petroleum refining, petrochemical, and chemical industries, as well as other applications, to transport special petroleum, printing and dyeing raw materials, and high-temperature media.

III. Main Features: This pump is designed with high reliability, long service life, and high versatility. Also known as a shaftless pump, it replaces dynamic seals with static seals, ensuring that the pump's flow components are completely sealed. Because it uses a magnetic coupling drive, it can overcome the leakage problems that mechanical seals in traditional mechanical pumps have always struggled to solve.

The shaftless pump is the only pump with zero leakage because it has no shaft seal.
