I. Product Overview: The BB-type cycloidal gear pump is a new type of gear pump featuring internal meshing, with an internal gear (i.e., outer rotor) having circular arc teeth and an external gear (i.e., inner rotor) having a short-amplitude epicycloid shape. This pump was jointly developed by the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Jiaotong University and our factory.
Due to its simple structure, low noise, stable oil delivery, good self-priming performance, and excellent high-speed characteristics, this pump is widely used in low-pressure hydraulic systems and can be used as a power pump, lubrication pump, or cooling pump. Currently, this pump is gradually replacing the CB-type, KCB-type, and 2CY-type gear oil pumps.
