I. Product Overview
The stainless steel sanitary pump is designed for clean liquid transfer in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and fine chemical applications. Wetted parts are generally made of stainless steel with smooth surfaces for easy cleaning and maintenance. It is suitable for clean water, beverages, wine, pharmaceutical liquids, emulsions, and other low-viscosity clean media.
The pump focuses on sanitary structure, reliable sealing, and flexible piping connection. Clamp, threaded, or flange connections can be selected according to the site, and configuration should be confirmed based on medium temperature, viscosity, corrosiveness, and cleaning method.

III. Main Applications
Used for beverage, juice, dairy, wine, purified water, pharmaceutical liquid, syrup, seasoning, and similar clean liquid transfer. It is also suitable for CIP cleaning, tank transfer, filtration circulation, pre-filling transfer, and production line circulation.
IV. Selection and Operation Notes
Provide medium, temperature, viscosity, flow, head, pipe connection, and sanitary requirements.
For food and pharmaceutical uses, confirm wetted material, seal material, and cleaning method.
Before startup, check valve positions and confirm liquid inside the pump chamber to avoid dry running.
For hot water, alcohol-based media, or mildly corrosive liquids, select suitable seals and motor configuration.
V. Maintenance Recommendations
Regularly check mechanical seals, clamps, pipeline vibration, and motor temperature. After cleaning or long shutdown, drain residual liquid and keep the pump chamber dry to avoid hygiene or corrosion issues.
